Content Creation:
Collaborate with content creators to develop visually appealing and engaging content for social commerce.
Ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates product features and benefits.
Community Engagement:
Foster a sense of community among social media followers and customers.
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social platforms to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with Influencers:
Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify social commerce efforts.
